I originally visited Maaco in June. I was getting a small collision repaired and painting the whole vehicle with the Presidential Service. I thought it seemed decent and I did not plan on owning the car too much longer. I took it in and got an estimate. It seemed ok. I went to pick it up when they called (3 days after they sayed it would be). When I got there there was large areas of paint that were not painted due to poor masking. They redid it and I picked it up the next day. As I was leaving I noticed that there was a hole in my exhaust. This they agreed to pay for. I do not want to go into too much detail about the horrible experince I had but I will list them all.
Missing items from vehicle, hole in exhaust pipe, exessive chipping and peeling on numerous parts of car, paint running on rear spoiler, e xessive amounts of dust under paint, and the most important thing the body work sucked (the whole front end was crooked, and the bumper did not line up).!!! Maaco sucks!!! Never go there for anything!!!
