I have a 2012 superduty with 9800 miles and its sitting at ford after I took it in for a simple diagnosis of shift issue. Now it seems that the tech. Didn't know what he was doing and fried several sensors and sending units. Now am losing serious cash by it sitting idle and not at work. Ive owned ford all my driving career of 28 yrs but am considering dodge to make back the money that an untrained tech has caused me to lose out on. I think all ford dealers should be company owned and techs company trained and certified also.
