I am very satisfied w / my experience. Ted was very friendly, knowledgable and patient. I have two 7 yr olds and they were given ice cream which made the experience much more pleasant for them. We are thrilled w / our car and Ted helped to make sure we had the interest rate we needed. Would definitely recommend to friends!
