No pick-up for rental ca

I made a car rental reservation for the weekend of 2/22 to 2/25. As per their instructions, I called their
office in the AM of 2/22./13 to confirm my pick-up. I ended up calling 3 times but they never called back nor
did they show up with my rental. Without a doubt, this is the worst customer service company in the US. I
ended up cancelling a 3/13 reservation & will go somewhere else for a rental car.
