Frozen dead flowers delivered twice

I ordered flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Firstly the delivery company had her drive out to meet them to make delivery. When she opened the box, they were frozen solid. Once home they soon thawed out, wilted and let off a strange oder. I complained, requested a refund but instead they ignored my request and sent her another shipment of dead frozen flowers. Mmmmmm
