I contacted Steve Cormier of Arctic Cold Refrigeration Services and was told the problem with my RV frig was the circuit board and I made arrangements to have a new board shipped. I was told that they did not have one in stock so they would have one shipped direct from their supplier. Once I got the board from UPS I was told there would be a $87 brockerage fee then was told by Steve that he should have been billed the brockerage fee and would correct the error. Then I discovered that the new board did not fit my RV frig and was told by Steve that he would order the right board right from Norcold. Having waited 4 weeks for the board I called Steve and was told it was on its way. After waiting a couple more weeks I called Steve again to see when it would arrive but got his machine. So I left a message to contact me about the delay, over the coarse of three weeks leaving many messages on his machine he has failed to get back to me and is ignoring my calls. I ordered the circuit board on October 5th was billed$411.32 on October 7th, received a billing notice from UPS for $87 which Steve said he would be billed for, now almost $500.00 over three months later and the wrong circuit board I can not get a refund or get a hold of Steve Cormier to supply the right part like said he would
