I purchased a 2011 utv for 8000 from riders wholesale and recieved a 2010. BJ told me to use it until he sent me a 2011. I have had nothing but proublems with this utv. He still has not sent anything.

I believe the only way to get a resolution to this is to sue him. Maby that way I can atleast get my money back, or stop them from screwing someone else over.
