PCCI BREAKING NEWS: PCCI Rips Off Tucson, AZ Commuters - Engages In Questionable Business Practices!

Pima-Cochise Commuters, Inc. (PCCI) leases vans from VPSI, Inc. And provides commuter services from Tucson to Fort Huachuca, AZ and other places.

Back in November or December the Board voted and approved to set the fee for its riders for February, March, and April. On February 9, the Board held a special vote and approved a SUBSTANTIAL fee INCREASE for March and April when the fee had already been set back in November or December. Their reasoning behind this sudden increase was due to increased operational costs.

PCCI has engaged in deceptive business practices by increasing the fee in this manner. Most riders, including myself, have allocated and budgeted the monthly fee well in advance and for PCCI to inflict this increase upon its riders because of poor management decisions is unthinkable.

Do you think if PCCI had a decrease in operational costs the Board would have held a special vote and approved a decrease for the March and April fee for its riders? I think not...

Once again, the consumer gets ripped off by another company.
