In mid- November I purchased a low beam lighting kit from HidKitXenonLights. The kit was not as advertised and cannot be installed into a 2002 VW Passat because the lights do not fit into the Passat bulb holder spring clip and no alternative conversion clip was furnished with the order. This was confirmed by a professional mechanic who could not install the lights because of this issue. HidKitXenonLights technical service has been discourteous and unhelpful and refused to refund my money without excessive restocking charges and insisting on unnecessary troubleshooting unrelated to the problem which was the kit was not as advertised.
Fortunately I paid by means of PayPal and have had my money refunded. I recommend that no one deal with this company or with a similar website sharing very similar advertising and technical service descriptions.
