I purchased an HID replacement system for my wife's Prius. Upon installation, one of the two bulbs was defective, one of the two assemblies did not switch from high to low beam, and one of the wire connectors was defective.
E-mail dialogue with them was frustrating, to say the least.
They want me to keep "troubleshooting", when the symptoms are crystal clear.
Their last note said: "The less arguing and the more answering you do, the sooner youll be able to receive your replacements."
Not the kind of customer service I would like to see.
