The morning of December 16 my birthday, a Sunday my trucks back tire blew out on the FDR drive.
Airbags deployed, car was totaled, and thank God myself and my passenger were alive, and no one around us was hit. The vehicle didn't stop until the wall caught it.
The nearest tow company was Knights Collision and Auto Repair Center called by the police to come pick the truck up.
Do to my injuries I couldn't remove my luggage, christmas gifts, or shoes out of the vehicle.
The truck as towed with all my items inside. I spoke with someone at the location who advised me that my items were in the vehicle still, per the computer etc. Only to find out when I saw my vehicle that every single bag that I had in the truck, every zipper compartment was opened and gone through. My panties tossed around, and my coach box was gone with my brand new coach Shaine Signature Coach boots, were stolen.
I know the world we live in isn't the best, but one would like to think that a person who just by the grace of God walked away from a fatal accident that everyone who saw it said no one normally walks away from such a tragic accident on their birthday no less would then find that all her belongings and her children's belongs were riffled through and not in a way that no one would know they did it to where they left every zipper open and tossed my stuff around. No one wants to feel violated at any time.
Then when you call there is a complaint department where you never get anyone on the phone, but just have to leave messages and no one calls you back.
This company needs to be held accountable for their employees and provide better service for their customers.
