The owner is ripping off his customers by adding additional work hours to the customers invoice. This can add up to a lot of money at $75.00 an hour. Most of the customers are unaware of what he is doing.
He browbeats his Service Writers to do the same telling them they are not getting raises and this is the only way they will get extra on their paycheck.
He is a dirty businessman without a conscience.
