I have read all other complaints regarding this company and i wanted to add mine too. The owner guy, Greg, John, Frank, he goes by so many names (i guess to protect himself) is rude, arrogant and always hangs up the phone. I called to help my in-laws retrieve a refund of $1000.00. He immidiatly gets on the phone and starts abusing me and telling me that i am threatining his employees and place of employment (i never said anything threating to anyone) i simply stated that i wanted to inform him of my next steps which were to pursue legal action and to report him to the BBB in NY and MA as well as to the Attorney General's office in NY and MA.
It all started when they charged for administrative fees and cancelation fees which we should not have got charged for as we canceled before the timeline. This John, Greg, or Frank (he is the owner anyway) has given me the run around, and will not talk to me and tries to be very intimindating. I will file small claims but i also am on a mission to maybe see who would be interested in filing a joint complaint so these people will wake up and smell the coffee. I need people to come together. If anyone is interested if you could post back to me as a rebute or something we could possibly work together. I am going to talk to my lawyer friend and see what happens. The owner guy is very shifty, i told him that my phone calls to him were recorded and he then fliped the coin and said that i was threating him and such which i did not, i am so polite to him even in his rudeness.
I have even read in other complaints that he has said the same thing. Please help... Anyone who has won with these guys please let me know how because my in-laws who are old and don't speak english were taken advantage of and i don't want this to happen to anyone else.
