My "pizza tracker" said that it would be here in 23-33 minutes. After 40 minutes I called the store and the person on the phone told me that one of their drivers "slept in and hasn't arrived yet" so my pizza would be late. First of all, he didn't call me to tell me that, I found out because I called. Second, he didn't even apologize. I love Domino's pizza because they make gluten-free crust (I have celiacs) but this was kinda unprofessional...
