The client support is terrible as of this condo area, there's robbery from the workeris and possible scam. All of the employees within the rental office lifestyles about the home today. The preservation males are taking electric products from vacant flats and promoting them. One maintenance guy was captured by Tampa Sheriff's division stealing products from a flat positioned on foreclosure notice. There's been a clear, burnt down building and bare swimming about the home for nearly three years t/out fix. The safety entrance don't function, consequently there are many house invasions, vehicle break ins and robberies at gun-point. The rental employees may express particular flats aren't readily available for lease since they're hiring the flats out for their relatives and buddies. The sound level is terrible, and there's no regard amongest Bay Pointe Nest Rental employees and its own neighbors. This can be a terrible spot to live and that I cant think they're permitted to conduct business within the state-of Florida.
