I had been employed by Rob Solomon in December to work with FW at Fry's Technology in Arizona. I worked 2 breaks at-one shop and was paid commission-only. I had been employed for constant fee. I worked 14 days at another shop and wasn't compensated whatsoever. I approached FW many times within the subsequent weeks-by mail and phone. I had been informed by Molly Pepper on Jan 28 that I had been owed over $1500.00 and could be compensated in fourteen days. On Feb 22 she stated she wished to become obtaining a check-out in my experience 'this week'.in a later telephone call she mentioned they could be 'in conferences this week to determine just how to spend everybody'. Next, my calls were transferred to some voice-mail package and not delivered. I still haven't been settled.
