I worked for this company for a few months, on my first, and last trip to five different States I was promised to be paid ten cents for each mile, and that this was going to be a four day trip. My partner, and I left on Thursday, June, 10. And we returned on Wednesday June, 16. It took us six days to complete this nightmare. After paying for tolls, and fueling up both tanks several times, and after runing Two thousand eighty eight miles, when I came back all I had in my pockets was four hundred dollars ($400.00). That was my paid. I went over the reciepts with the suppose to be the boss, he did not want to pay me the rest of the money which he owe me, from two thousand and eighty eight ($2,088.00) Dollars, all I got was those four hundred dollars While I was on the road, and leaving the State of Ohio, as soon as we enter Indiana I was stopped at a weight station, there I was giving several violations, and a ticket was issue to my license. I Spoke to the office about it, and they told me not to worry, that they would take care of it. I am worry about it, im about to loose my Commercial Drivers license because of this. The ticket is for the amount of two hundred and ninety six ($296.00) dollars, and I do not think these people would take care of that ticket at all. About the peple in the office, and the suppose to be Boss, I have seen them really getting over on the clients, they would give to the clients an estimate, and when the moving job begins, and once that client signs for those documents, once the client signature is there they blow out the price to a level which is out of proportion, I have seen people actually cry because of what this guy Lior, Leo, David what ever he wants to call himself do to people. This guy is a criminal, and he is getting away with Fraud. This have to stop;this guy is hurting a lot of people, and he does not care about it at all. He is giving the moving business a very bad name, and if he continues its going to be worst. The people whom work at the office seems to be going along with this scam, I know how they change there names when a client calls, and they know that they have mess up and they do not want to speak to that client. One of the Ladys which I know by Lisa (I dont know if thats her real name) also goes by the name of: Donna. One of the guy in the Office whom I know by John, also changes his name, and sometimes he becomes: Jeff. The one whom says that he is the Boss, the Owner, also uses different names, he uses: Lior, Leo, and David. When I first learned about this (about a week and a half ago) I said to myself: Why are these people changing there names? Now I realize why, they are scaming people, and becuase of that they should be investigated, and if there is any criminality on there part, they should be prosecuted for that. I would be calling the Department of Labor to file a complaint for unpaid wages, and if I could sue them for pain and suffering I would sue them to, because what I have been thru in just a few days, is something outrages. No one should have to go thru this when they are working, and trying to make an honest living. I Hope someone would do something about this issue.
