When I search my name in google, I saw that an ad popped up from InstantCheckmate saying [my name] arrested? Check here. When I clicked on the link, it listed my name with my former and current addresses. I have never been arrested or had any involvement with the criminal justice system other than serving jury duty. This listing is libelous and damaging. I am horrified that they can legally do this.
