Exactly what a terrible organization to work with. I worked for Cox Communications' technological assistance group to get a year 5. They recently employed a brand new representative who understood NOTHING about engineering. Subsequently, to include several more zeros towards the end-of her income she required on another call-center situated in omaha and set all of US down. The administrators who have been responsible for us were terrible. These were never there, of course if these were you can often discover one asleep at their workplace. Towards the finish of my profession with cox, they began creating us (tech support team) handle payment and sales calls. I am a PC geek, not really a customer support representative. Ostensibly created all of the entry-level individuals perform their bottoms off for no advantage while all of the hire advantages gathered additional lender. It is a bullshit organization to work with, and that I would not suggest to anybody.
