Hello,

Lately I acquired a brand new BSNL 3G Datacard for Wileless web connection from BSNL Offic, HAL3rd phase, Indiranagar, BANGALORE. Our 3G datacard worked to get a month but in the period of Diwali all unexpected it-my datacard ceased realizing the SIMULATOR.

I tried to contact the client take care of 2 times with no support but simply to pay attention to the automatic voice messaging program.

Fortunately after I got an opportunity to talk to among the custome treatment associate they mightnot provide me-any type of aid or help. They mightnot actually comprehend the specialized issue that I had been attempting to report. Finally the quit stating they cannot repair the problem I've to record the issue to BSNL office.

After I reached BSNL office the next at 10:15AM to my shock there is no at work to become approached till 10:45AM.

At 10:45AM among the madam came and required 5 mins to settled down.

She began with first client who had been in line before me and after gathering the shape in the gentelman she visited provide the Information card to store-room but never delivered back for a lot more than 20mins.By that point I'd dropped my persistence and instantly remaining BSNL office to hurry back again to my workplace.

After 2 times (Nov11 Thursday2010) I visitted the BSNL office again simply. I happened to meet up the exact same woman from whom i purchased the brand new PrePaid SIM and DataCard by spending 10000RS/- for 10months.

This woman was in no feeling to hear my issue, she blindly dismissed my criticism and requested in my experience to return on Friday for SIMULATOR alternative as she just addresses FRESH sims but does not manage any complex issues or SIMULATOR substitutes.

But this same woman had provided me incorrect SIMULATOR for that very first time and he or she named me changed the SIMULATOR. Nevertheless when I went having a difficulty she never worried to even assist me.

The one who is meant to assist in changing the SIMULATOR appears to become on holiday for nearly over 10 times.

After I asked her to help me when I am not able to connect with VPN to work at home going back 10 times, she wasn't at-all troubled to comprehend my issue and provide any type of aid. After I experienced reasons together with her she ultimately requested to get hold of P/PE.

I'm greatly annoyed and hopeless using the BSNL support... I spent 10000RS using the incorrect service provider. I had ideas to-go for Tata Photon or Airtel3G since them both did not provide 3G service i select BSNL. I'm repenting for selecting BSNL 3G...

Why must I watch for another 4 more times to get a SIMULATOR alternative... Why must I contact some P/PE for these issues. Will s/he have the ability to repair the problem??? Several of those individuals in BSNL workplace are getting clients without any consideration... Their conduct is rude and shocking. When you request aid and help... Never-seen such pathetic. Poor. Disgusting support...

I'll consider this issue for their P/PE and find out what aid they are able to provide how quickly they are able to resolve this problem...
