I have been operating at STC for around a few months today and I - can actually claim it's the TOUGHEST spot to function. I've never been handled thus unfairly by some of my previous companies. The hours pull & the price of pay is horrible, may I include there are many women that use me which have been there for some months & create significantly more than I actually do. The area supervisor, Amy (she calls himself "The bomb.com"), is only an entire b*h to everybody, such as the customers. Iam sorry but taking your fingertips while yelling out needs, calling your workers "sluggish" and "silly", and throwing hissy fits & tossing binders over the salon, yelling "IAM OVER IT!" is NO method to handle your workers. And she was simply marketed to AREA BOSS! Whoa, approach to take STC! You've yourself successful! I am sorry, but I-do not receive money enough to put on with that type of therapy. Yes, the workers reach bronze free of charge & get excellent savings, but I guarantee you it's not worthwhile. I can't rely on both of your hands just how many women have really strolled out & quit due to Amy. She's only a phony, Jersey-Shore wannabe bit of garbage. I've noticed her inform different Salon Administrators to create a worker up for no cause at-all, "but to create it appear to be its to get a valid reason and so I could possibly get gone her." She's a problem with not loving particular workers, including myself, so she individually picks in it & makes them do one of the most degrading issues. I had been really simply informed with a fellow worker of mine that she's looking to get gone me due to the fact "she doesn't like me." And of course, she bends & fails many guidelines at STC. Workers aren't permitted to bronze between your hours of 4 pm & 8 pm since these would be the busiest moments of evening. Amy may simply enter himself personally through the T Max program, get a container of product offtheshelf & go to her tanning space, when she's completed, places it back about the ledge for anyone to purchase! And so I might the same as to express Amy, your day you fire me may also be your day I stop your phony a* followed closely by me spitting inside your experience.
Also, should you choose not promote a product, you receive tried, created up, & most likely dismissed. You're continuously under some pressure & being criticized about promoting something & anything within the salon, that we realize is how they create their cash, but NO BODY really wants to purchase a product each and every period they are available in! Particularly if they'd only purchased one the day before, significantly that has cash to invest like this each day?! Easily did not work-there & was only a normal customer, I'd NEVER wish to proceed inside simply because they're THEREFORE manipulative about creams & other items! Personally, I am not really a person like this & I can't stand people that are. STC may exceed & beyond when attempting to trick their customers into purchasing products, like laying for you & suggesting WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE to listen to of a product or the products. For example, many women at my shop may let you know they utilize Luminary or Mix Encounter or even the ultraviolet teeth bleaching program just-so the customer may purchase it! When they invested half just as much on really spending us a great price of pay-as they are doing on our silly "instruction workshops" the tale may be only a little unique, but its not! Our level being is NEVER work on Bronze Town, particularly in Knoxville, TN, if you don't wish to function the toughest hours for minimal salary & get handled as if you really are a servant from the greatest, fakest bitch in Tennessee!
