Our maneger servingnot regard me, I-do anything she request and much more but I am usually request to complete more while some dottle around and not support me. I work-in a deli and that I discover my-self operating alone when there 4 others with me plus they do-nothing about this. I Required a trasfer to a different division, backery I needed to be always a dessert designer and my manger explained it had been availible and also to start my availibility. And so I did and waited for this, I had been obtaining scedaled 3pm -12pm subsequently 5am -2pm 24 hours later. I had been operating 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. Then she explained it wasnt available, i didnt unapply for it but she employed another person for this. She provided me another region, one i didnt need but i wasnt getting along side a number of my co workers once they found out I needed out, because of her informing them, and so I place in for it after which she repeated exactly the same insedent she's completed this in my experience five times and ive taken it. After I dont be friends with somebody she informs me cope with it and obtain back again to work-this day of oct 3rd i arrived in did everything as ushal. Issues were okay, so when my co worker arrived in she stated she was informed to inventory the wall... Ok good she got 5 hours to inventory 4 containers... As i was leaveing my manger scolded me bucouse i was leaveing 5 minets early... It was my last split and aparently I am not intiddled to it... My health has had a change for that worse, my tension is really large, i think it is to unpleasant to actually transfer some days and that Iam era 24! I've attended her manger and also the manger above him the all wave me down and push-me to her and all she serving is rest in my experience and attempt to trick me into operating all-hours becouse she understands i work hard. What else may I do? Am I guess to become handled just like a servant? Am i not intitled to progress and discover new division and also have new exsperences?
