I'd been employed by Buck Standard since Septmber 2008 and that I liked my work my chef at that time understude that I'd two young children athome and truly caused me about my hours that i worked and trained me a great deal after I got employed i turned a next key-holder and so I really was pleased. However we'd a brand new manger dominate the shop and he or she was starting every deposit that i created why i still don't realize that she also had me operating every evening never evening shift and he or she never works nightshift. While my previous chef quit the distantant manger offord me the the assisant manger work with increased pay and that I say yes i went the shop 5 times on my own and did a great work when the brand new manger got along I named the large chef back again to inquire about my pay since i never got it she said I had been not the assisant which it had been as much as the brand new chef if she needed me to possess that position or not. I dropped like I had been utilized and that I believe somthing have to be completed about it. I eventually quit February 3 since i has contact my chef and informed her I'd be comming in delayed sue to my children and he or she explained I had been likely to get published up for this which I have to discover somthing else related to my children she was upset since she'd to depart early to consider her husband towards the docotors. I'm like if she's the chef it's her work to remain there till I will get there. I also had a poor issue when among the cashiers there is getting cash in the cashregister so when i contact her she wouldnt do something about this and so I named the large chef and he or she explained to simply keep my eyes on her behalf. I'm like they reather have individuals there who're taking cash and there items there in the place of people like me who had been doing this much for that organization and attempting to help and prevent the folks who had been taking I really couldnot work-around that stuff anymore. So when i visited get my final verify i didnt have one I've my time in document that exhibits i worked 14.50 but still even today haven't got taken care of it.
