There is age descrimination going on within the company. Every one is not being treated equally when it comes to work performances. We are getting the same pay but not the same treatment when it comes to work ethics. Part-time workers are working the same hours and well as work assignment and given less pay and hours. When this is being bought to the attention of Management nothing is being done to correct the concerns. I would like to see this concern addressed.
