Advanced Warnings DOT workers being forced to work over 60 hours ripoff

The workers that are on Salary and are DOT are being forced to work over 60 hours and not being compensated in any way for it. It was brought to my attention that in the state of Kansas (where our shop is located) that it is not legal for DOT workers to work over 60 hours in a week.
