I actually donot understand what can be achieved or if something can be achieved about that.
But I really hope that anything could be.
I had been just launched out of this organization after only being therein instruction for three months for cause which are uncertain in my experience.
It had been mentioned that I'd broken some guidelines that I had been unaware that endured, I had been not precisely fixed within the most convenient way
Or provided an oppertunity to fix myself. I did so consult with the best people once the situations occurred. First being working out supervisor I had been coaching under, and minute the area supervisor James Henry. At that time i talked together I had been not informed that I'd did something wrong. Today the main reason that I had been informed that I had been being release was this... The area was advised that I'd two aggressive reasons with two workers regarding methods, which incidentally the gm was within the resturaunt at that time; and explained I'd did or stated nothing wrong in fixing the process being done wrong. Another was that the employee was talking within an violent method to another workers and that I got her aside and talked together with her concerning this problem, she subsequently got annoyed since I being truly a supervisor being educated had no to correct her in something and began cursing and shouting. Another supervisor Patric and myself talked on which to complete and it was chose to permit the GM of the shop to deal with it. Today 6-3-09 as I was reporting for shift duty I was pulled to the side and was told that I was being let go because of the two incidents that occurred, and that it was told to him that I had been putting my hands on other employees. I just been coaching there today for 3 months, therefore to place my hands-on workers might have silly on my account. However the problem is by using this worker Dedra that works for DOCUMENT also involves the task with this specific jail perspective talking within the same method that she'd while in the jail there at burger king.
Therefore there's my criticism regarding this issue I really hope you are able to assist in a way to ensure that this which was completed so quickly cannot
Continue being completed simply because this can be a woman master shop.
