Very poor customer service

Nowadays I visited KFC-Taco Bell, shop # 20974, thru the drive-thru even though I had been there used to donot get my change. Our quantity due was 13.69 and that I offered her A - 20 dollar bill. Used to donot recognize this till I returned to my workplace that will be perhaps a 3 minute drive. I subsequently returned with my bill at hand and spoke towards the drive-thru employee, Aretha, concerning the issue. She immidiately began to get abrubt about how she DID provide me the change after which stormed down the obtain the supervisor. Ramona Johnson, the supervisor, went around and measured this registers resources after which I acquired my change back from Aretha.
