Hi, my name is Cayla S I went in to tacobell/KFC on King St. Northampton and ordered the crunchwrap supreme, And I very nicelt told the girl taking the order that I would like it without baja sauce or sourcream which ever comes on it no white stuff. I got my order and luckily checked my food to make sure it was what i ordered it was not, so i went back up to the counter after waitng for 20 minutes. At that time the manager came over I explained the problem and she very aggressively yelled at me and told me well maybe if i ordered it right it would be right. I didnt respond than she went to teh grill person and in fron of a full dining area and a line almost out the door talked about me to the grill guy. Than she came back to give me my food and one more time before handing my my food she said "well next time order it right" I was so embarrassed and it is very unperfessional for management to speak to a customer like that. She also during my 20 minute wait yelled at the other employees alot for no reason.
