Loretta Grigsby a contractor for ptg out of seaford de who delivers for ge and others illegally takes money out of my check. If you stand up for yourself about working almost fifteen hours a day while others are not over worked or if she finds out some other trucking company contacts you for employment even knowing you told them no she will not work you at all. I quit friday after she once again illegally took money from my check. Now yesterday when it came time she sent all the others checks and withheld mine. My wife sent her a copy of delaware law. She had till yesterday to have my check. She refuses to answer her phone or text. I even explained I needed that for food and bills I have four little girls I sent a picture of them to her but she is so heartless she doesnt care. You do all the work and she gets paid and once again no one wants to help u get yr money. This woman needs to be put out of business. She is tearing families apart because we dont ever know when or how much money we're getting. Two complaints have been filed and labor board has been called but im not stopping. She should not be aloud to have a business. She has been doing this to people far to long. And ptg logistics just continues to let her work for them even when Jim (manager ptg) knows she is doing illegal things. She also knows for a fact all these guys that run her trucks do drugs in the trucks while delivering appliances. She was to fire two of them per G.E. A month ago but they're still there and once again jim at ptg knows this. They are still delivering. I want my money im owed but I want people to know how ignorant and heartless of a woman she is and she wont even answer. How do you get anything accomplished if she wont for her illegal activity.
