Upset employee - some thing needs to be done

I have worked for mcdonalds for three weeks in perry fl the people i work with are very rude to our guest i went to the manager about it and since then i have been sent home everyday i have six kids and perry is not the best place to find a job. I dont no what to do i have worked in fast food places since i was 16 and hAVE NEVER seen a place ran like this in my while life WOW
