It's very simple. I eat at Fazolis very often... Well, until now. I ordered a spaghetti with marina (no meat). They gave me one with meat sauce. I didn't know until I got home.
I e-mailed Fazolis and faxed their parent company with no response. The store manager of the W. Main store would do nothing about it either.
So, I paid for an order I never received.
