I came in one day to order a cup of coffee and when I received it, the coffee tasted terrible. I could tell it wasn't fresh and told the manager and he simply denied by saying his coffee is always fresh when it wasn't. He couldn't even speak proper english and was rumbling his words and was extremely rude to me.
