We have shopped at Sams Club in Deptford for many years now. We actually started when the club name was Pace. We never had any complaints until now. We have recently had problems with lack of merchandise. Many of these supplies are vital to our business. Such as hot dogs, relish, mustard, etc. Talking to other business owners we have discovered that they have experienced the same problems. Many times I have had to kneel on the floor to pull merchandise from the very bottom of the shelves because lack of stocking properly. Maybe your management team should scan the floor more often to make sure these problems do not accure. If it were not for a handful of employees such as Jeanette Washington, Grant Gibson, Bill Porter, Patty Laforte and a few others we would probably be taking our business else where. You might possibly have to many chiefs and not enough indians. We are sorry to say if these issues are not addressed in the near future. We will be forced to take our business to Bj*s as will many other business owners. Thank-you for your time.
