On March 19th my husband and I went into dennys restaurant at 7214 richmaond hwy around 9: am to have breakfast we went up to the area where customers go to be seated, we could see he'd just seated some customers white mind you but that did'nt dawn on us until what happen to us my husband and I stood there and waited to be waited on and seated four or five minutes went by and the employee would not come over to us he was just wiping things down and we were trying to get his attention
He looked at us amd my husband motions him to come over and wait on us but he turns his back and avoids us he turns around about three more times looking at us and my husband each time motions for him to come over and wait on us but he ignors my husband so my husbnd is getting really mad now because the this guy is intentionally ignorgings us and tells me that waiter wont wait on us whats his problem i told him may be hes waiting on someone else ot do it maybe not his job my husband says he just seated some people when we were commimng in now why is he avoiding us my husband calls out the the employee will you come over and please wait on us or get someone who will the employee
Turns his back and ignors us now my husband is furious and says hes ignorging us on purpose, and i say maybe hes wating on some one else my husband says no he waited on other people why not us so we wait some more maybe five more minutes then in walked four white womem behide us my husband trys to get the employees attention he turns around again and sees the four white women he does a second take rushes over ignorgin us all the while and greets them whith a good morning ladies and proceeds to get them menus and seat them but the women say oh no they were here when whe walked in
So wait on them first my husband says whaat about us we were here first and have been waitig and you wouldnt wait on us the white women are very nice and telling the waiter to wait on us first because we were the first but he just ignors us and goes back to talking to them and they tell him we were ther first so reluctantly he turns to us and says so what do you want and my husband says man why did you avoid us like that we have been waitin for about ten minutes for you to wait on us but evey time i motion or called you you ignored us hes turns to the white women again with smile says ladies my husband interrupts and says man what about us and the women are saying they were here when we came in sir
Pleses wait them they were her when we walked in reluctantly he looks at my husband says well what do you want and my husband says nothing nothing now and grabs my hand and leaves the store
