Had dinner on Saturday and it was most enjoyable. The appetizer (corn cakes) was delicious and our entree was as usual the best. We have been there (Willow Grove Mall) several times and will go back. The problem is that when trying to get the $10 gift card there was no place to put the survey code — 8125-70061-02012. Please let me know how to retrieve that. We love the place. Thanks. Phil House
