I am a recent employee of grand crowne marketing center in springfield i have read some reports of drugs and sexual misconduct on behalf of employees, management, and g.M. Shelly obrien. Let me inform you that these allegations are very true i have seen first hand sexual advances towards female employees by members of management i have personally witnessed sexual things in the womens restroom between shelly and a lady named becky these things happened quite frequently in different places around the call center, and of course her partner was still employeed there at that time. How about the day floor manager doug and his affair with a woman named tracy even going on in the call center which shelly was very aware of, but of course when the head of h r and randy and shelly go to a strip club to see this tracy dance, then i guess the company rules are out the window this marketing center is not a pillar of the community, the passing of the pills and drugs, very true the mis management very true i just cannot believe that this company actually pays shelly and doug for this kind of management
