Rich's Daily Grindz did not withhold federal taxes from pay check, attempted to pay employees cash under the table, and other unethical practices with money. They hired employees and only keep them for 90 days so that they do not have to pay unemployment for them. The business is run by people who pretend to have no idea what they are doing but all along they are plotting about how to get around the system and not have to pay anyone.
