Visited your shop on Evening street. Moreno Valley Ca. Yesterday. I strolled in at 8;50 pm and requested a decaff. I had been informed from the woman, there clearly was none because they don't make it that late. I inquired when they were shutting and he or she said no. These were available until Night for that drive-thru. She provided me a "decaff shot". She told me it's a go of caffeine put into heated water. I allow her understand, it did not seem nearly as good and that I truly only needed a decaff. She explained they simply don't make it in those days of the night. Really? As well as your available until night? It isn't actually 9pm??? Hummmm... I reside in the hills and drop the slope atleast 4 times per week. I typically move with a Starbucks for my thin vanilla cappuccino. Never believed a decaff will be a challenge. I needed to inform her the institution by which she's used is just a "cafe". Honestly, I had been exhausted and simply needed anything comfortable for my trip home. I went using the decaff "shot in hotwater" it had been really frustrating. On that notice I should state, I've never undergone a worker of Starbucks who had been not necessarily enjoyable and pleasant. It's usually a satisfaction to prevent by and get a caffeine along with a donut or perhaps a breakfast meal.
Maintain the decaff planning. Even when this means awaiting a couple of minutes. I actually donot believe many people might mind the delay.
