I went to Chevys for dinner, and received discourteous service. I posted a complaint on their website. The next day, I received a reply stating that the regional manager would contact me "within the next few days." Eight days later, I had heard nothing. I sent a reminder to their website, and have still, more than a month later, received no reply. I must conclude, therefore, that I was lied to when I was told that I would be contacted.
