TECHONdigital is comprised of scammers and liars. The following appears to be their modus operandi (based on 3 other comments I read on another complaint website).
I ordered a TomTom go 920, advertised on their website at $225, which was the best price I found. After placing the order via web, I received a message to call and confirm my order, which I did. I declined to purchase a suggested memory card as well as the extra warranty and was told that the GPS would ship within 3 business days.
Subsequently I received a message stating that the item was out of stock, that they were canceling the order, and that delivery would take 6 to 8 weeks. They also said they would notify me if became available (ha ha ha!). Two days later I went to their website and noted that they had the same GPS System advertised for $239. I copied and pasted the item and included in a scathing message to their Customer Service Dept (in their case it is definitely an oximoron!). Of course, they didn't reply.
I posted negative feedback on their site and on the site with which they are affiliated. So far no reply from, either. I urge you to avoid dealing with the dishonest and unscrupulous individuals at TechonDIGITAL, you will be clad you did!
