Poor Customer Service

I stoped by the McDonalds in Pensacola, Fl at 9th & Creighton on 03/12 around 9:30 pm and just wanted to order a simple ice cream cone. The intercom was out, no big deal, he then told me to proced to the first window. I placed and paid for my order for the cone. And waited. Well, after waiting for about 10 minutes I proceded up to the second window finally. And waited a little bit longer. To my surprise when she opened the window she (couldn't get no name, no name tag) asked me if I ordered the double cheese burger meal. I said "no" she then walked away. Moments later a male approached me and asked if I had placed my order yet! HUH? You just took it! I said dont worry about it and I then just asked for a refund. And this whole time there where not even that busy. I think I had two cars ahead of me then. So this same girl who asked about my order the first time said to another employee..."Hurry up and give this man his $1.08 so I can move him on"! I'm sorry but not only are these people rude and unfriendly, they really shouldn't be employed with anything pertaining to customer service. I dont even care about the money nor do I want anything free. I just wanted to let folks be aware of the superb customer service the night crew is providing. I also will be writing the corporate office this very message.
