Complaint / review text:
I have gone to the same Dunkin Donuts since it has opened right around my house. This past week I have gone and gotten the same thing every day but when I am asked what I would like to order I always get the "whatcha want" in a bored, monotone, uninterested voice. I usually ignore that and move on. But tonight some of my friends and I went around 8:45 to get some donuts because we were hungry. We walk in but we're not really sure it's open because nobody is in the restaurant. Two black males walk out and I order. I assume he didn't hear me cause he goes "what?". I proceed to tell him again. Then I get my donuts, but no receipt. Then, after I order I ask for a cup of water because I forgot. I assumed that there was someone at the drive thru that ordered as well because they ignored the other 6 people in line to make coffee. (And might I say that one guy made the coffee while the other guy just watched him?). So I finally get my cup of water and realize I have no receipt. So once everyone is out of line I go back to ask for a receipt, but the cashier doesn't know how to go back and print receipts. They just kind of looked at me like I was crazy. But on the drive in there is a sticker that says if you did not receive a properly printed receipt then talk to the manager and you will receive your money back. I didn't want to go through the trouble so I just let it go.
This Dunkin donuts closed at 9, and the cashiers let us know. They look straight at us and said "We close at 9." I was dumbfounded at how blunt they were! We start to leave while one of the cashiers takes off his shirt and starts walking around the place in his undershirt! I intentionally leave the bag on the table to see what they will do. As we are leaving I turn around to see one of the cashiers glaring at me.
Heads up next time DD, get some better cashiers and learn what customer service is. Ridiculous.
