Julia Baker is a horrible person! She talks terribly about her employees and customers behind their backs and never keeps her promises!
Examples:
Julia Baker, told one of her employees while speakingabout another employee. "i dont see how she can be with her bf he doesnt even speak spanish"
When an employee brought her new born grandson into the work to meet her co-workers julia said to all the other employees " eww dont touch it (the baby) its dirty and has germs"
She also recently opened a shop at the monte lucia resort in paradise valley and had only one employee there until just recently this person has worked their tail off for months with most weeks only getting 1 day off or none at all. Then julia one day with no prior warning told the shop employee that she was cutting her pay from $10per hr down to $7.25. Julia finally hired another employee to work in the shop and the girl who has been working for her for months had to train the new employee but rather then moving the old employee to manager she made the new employee manager simply because the new employee is friends with Julia's Boy Friend.
