THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! I wish I could give it no stars. I had a terribble experience here and wrote a review on yelp.com. Their PR person contacted me and asked more about it, I told them. They asked if they could pass my information along to the Director of Operations/Owner and I received a two page letter degrading me and basically telling me that I am a self-righteous b*tch. Regrettably, I have been a regular at this place for more than three years, we're talking multiple times a week. I will never step foot here again, I only wish I could attach the PDF letter that was sent to me so you all could read it. I cannot imagine ever sending something of this sort to an upset customer. Unbelievable behavior, they should be ashamed of themselves.
