Bad meal - Potatoe

I made a complaint of a very poor meal my wife and I received and was contacted to have it replaced (then did so). However the part of that meal my wife's two potato & broccoli orders had bacon instead of the broccoli and this was not acceptable as she is a vegetarian. Please help if you can. Gary & Susan
