How you treat your employees

My son is the assistant manager (shift Manager) at a local Arby's. His GM is the live in of a "Corporate" person. She is out due to an auto accident. I have had all I can take. He makes 8.25 an hour "raise;s are frozen" Yet in her absence he goes WHENEVER they call HAS ARBY'S COMPENSTED HIM??? Do I know how it was before she went out?
