Amber in Belltown has the WORST customer service. We had a waiter named Brent. He was arrogant, slow, and argumentative. My husband and I joined a birthday party and ordered a couple beers. It took Brent 30 minutes to bring them and when we wanted to pay he tried tacking on a 20% gratuity to our bill. When we put down cash and no wherer near 20% tip he chased us to the door screaming like a toddler that we cheated him. When we asked for his manager he refused to get him.
