While getting off the highway for a break we decided to give burger king a try. There were 4 other choices available. We proceeded thru the drivethru with an order that did not exceed 4 whoppers and a couple of orders of fries. We were told to pull up and wait... After waiting 10-15 minutes I proceeded to walk inside to see what the hold up was. Upon entering I see approximately 20 people waiting for their orders. 2 of us that were waiting for the drivethru asked to have our money refunded since it would be another 15 minutes to get our food. I was extremely angry since I do not frequent burger king that often.in the future burger king will not be my first choice nor my second choice. This store was located on washington in mt. Pleasant wisconsin.
