I ordered two pizzas form Pizza Hut over the phone with a credit card. They told me the pizza would take 45 minutes to a hour to be delivered.
About a hour and a half go by and no pizza so I call them up again. The person that answers the phone tells me there is no record of the transaction and that he is sorry and I'll get the pizza at half price. The pizza finally arrives about 45 minutes later and the guy tells me he needs to be paid (?? I used my credit card) Ok so I write the guy a check. Now the pizza was suppose to be for $15.88, I wrote the check for $7.44. The next day my credit card is charged $18.54.
When I call the store, the store manager tells me she'll look into it and call me back in a couple of hours. The next day I still haven't heard from her so I call her back and she says "I have more important things to do". So I ask for her bosses number, and I'm given a cell phone number.
I call it about 10 times and never get any answer or voicemail or anything. So I call the corp. Number, that person tells me that they will have the area manager call me within 3 days. 4 days later I call back, I get "I'm sorry", "let me apologize", and "I'll push this above the area manager to a corp manager, they will get back to you in 3 days". Another 4 days later I call back and get the same excuses, and the same "I'll push it up to a corp manager, it'll take about 3 days for them to get back to you".
Three days later I get a call from the area manager tell me that they have no record of that transaction and that she'll have to have accounting do a investigation, that will take about 3 days. 3 days later the area manager calls back and says the money will be in my account in three days. Four days later I call the corp again and they give me the same excuses and I still haven't got my money back. I don't even know where the $18.54 came from, it wasn't any of the prices I was told.
