You give out survey forms with the promise of a 10 dollar certificate., I have been through this process for 20 minutes and it goes in circles. Not only did we have a bad experience at dinner, but now this. If you are going to come through with the 10 dollar certificate send it to my e-mail, otherwise neither I nor my friends will visit again.
